VK DATA in Tønder can celebrate its 25th anniversary

For 25 years, VK DATA has helped companies to ensure stable operations and achieve strategic goals in relation to their IT infrastructure.

VK DATA helps all kinds of companies that need streamlining and an overview. Over the years, we have shifted our focus area from being a traditional PC and IT supplier to having a strong focus on the ERP company system Odoo, which is a fully integrated system with CRM, sales, website, webshop, newsletter, finance, warehouse, production and much more. more. This means that there is no longer a need to know several different systems, but now we can concentrate on one system that can do it all.

"Since the company's inception, our business philosophy has been to implement optimal and value-creating solutions and advice for our customers. Therefore, we start by uncovering the customer's needs through a thorough needs analysis. We then deliver an adapted and flexible solution that can grow with and which provides value for money - not only in the short term, but also in the long term. "Odoo is a unique product in many areas and just what we have been looking for in all the 25 years we have existed. Our ability to adapt to the needs of companies has meant that we can celebrate our 25th anniversary on 1 May. We still do traditional IT tasks. And we are pleased that we can keep our apprentice technicians well employed and maintain our knowledge in areas such as networks, hosting, IP telephony, backup and security, which is also important when we want to be a total supplier", says director Visti Kristensen.

In 1994, Visti Kristensen started VK Teknik og Data, with the aim of delivering the best IT solutions and software systems to Danish companies.

Over the years, the company has changed its name and expanded its staff from 2 to 8 employees, and geographically we cover the whole of Denmark. In 2010, Visti Kristensen bought a company in Colombo, Sri Lanka, where today there are 8 employees and developers in Odoo. Both for Danish and local companies.

We have implemented solutions for small and medium-sized companies, but also help start-ups. The company has grown in step with the rapid development within IT and companies' increasing demands for professional advice and solutions.

The future looks bright and we look forward to expanding the business with new employees and customers. In April alone, we have already hired 2 people and we see many development opportunities for VK DATA and Odoo, concludes Visti Kristensen
