How to switch to Odoo

It is not difficult to get started with Odoo, if you e.g. have a Navision, C5, Uniconta or a whole 4th system.

However, it is very important that you have prepared a well-worked requirement specification, so that we as ERP advisors can ensure that you get a system that can also handle the wishes you have for a new system.

With Odoo, we can handle a lot of standard, and if there are workflows that require adaptations, we can develop modules that can handle it. But we try to solve it with standard functionality so that costs are kept down. This places some demands on the company and the management, as there may be changes to how certain workflows must be handled. What we call in our consultancy "change management."

When an agreement is in place, we help with loading data into Odoo. All you have to do is extract structured data from your existing system.

If you want to have the data cleaned beforehand, we are also happy to help with that in cooperation with a responsible resource person from your company.

There is no automatic process for doing this, as it is very different how you as a customer want to start up your new Odoo.

We talk individually every time before starting up, so that the customer gets the most optimal solution and start as possible.

When all the master data on customers, suppliers and products has been entered, we start the actual setup of Odoo so that it fits the requirements for functionality that we have agreed.

After this, there is a test phase, so it is possible to work with the processes for a period of time until the system is ready to go live.
